About Sandra Tembo
Nearly 20 years turning complex requirements into practical action
Sandra Tembo is a Governance and Compliance Specialist, and the Principal Consultant and Founder of Compliance Practice AU.
Her career includes senior experience across Vodafone, BOQ, Westpac, Tabcorp and Rabobank, working across banking, telecommunications, financial crime, risk, regulatory affairs, compliance and governance.
For nearly 20 years, Sandra has helped organisations respond to regulatory change, strengthen controls and turn complex requirements into processes that people can actually follow.
Today, she works with SMEs across more than 10 sectors to remove compliance bottlenecks, connect overlapping obligations and build stronger systems for growth, procurement and larger contracts.
Sandra is also a Queensland Government Mentor for Growth and a 2026 Redlands Coast business awards judge.
She understands where compliance often breaks down: between the policy, the people, the evidence and the supply chain. ComplianceWIZ brings that experience into one practical system for SMEs.
